Our Story:


CHARLES & NINA KIRKER - began sculpting their Florida Birds when they retired and came to Naples in 1991. They have increased their flock from a one-legged egret to many different sizes and species of Florida Shore Birds. Their birds can be seen in the landscaping of many homes around Naples. Their native Floridian birds have long been a favorite souvenir to take back North.

How do I place an order?

We are happy to accept your phone orders 1-239-435-9937 Mon-Fri 9-5 EST. If we are in our studio working we may not answer the phone, please leave a message and we will return you call as soon as possible.

Can you put a "rush" on my order?

All Birds of Naples Bird Sculptures are individually made. We do keep a very small inventory of birds available. So, if you need your bird quickly please phone us to arrange expedited shipping.

What are your payment options?

Methods of payment we accept:
Orders can be placed using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, sales tax will be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Florida (6%). If your shipping is not to Florida, you are not charged sales tax.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

What if my order is undeliverable?

If UPS is unable to deliver your order or has to reroute your order due to an incorrect shipping addresses (wrong house number, wrong zip code, missing apartment #, etc.) caused by your error, the order will be returned to us or UPS may charge a $10.00 charge for rerouting to the correct address. All address correction charges will be the responsibility of the customer. This $10 fee is charged to us by UPS for incorrect addresses and will be billed to the credit card your order was placed with. The sender is responsible for any reshipping fees charged by UPS to redeliver the package if the order is returned to us or needs to be rerouted. Please, double check all shipping addresses for accuracy. Incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery.

When will my order ship?

Processing time consists of creating, sculpting, along with packaging your order. Each order is created one at a time especially for you and may take 10-14 business days.

What are your shipping charges?

The Actual shipping and handling is $14.95 to ship most Birds of Naples Bird Sculpture with in the US. The larger oversized birds shipping is $51.95


Do you ship to Canada and Internationally?

Yes, we are happy to accept foreign orders paid by credit card. Shipping charges to international addresses are calculated on the dim weight(dimensions and weight)of each package. Shipping charges are not calculated until the items are ready to leave our studio and will be charged separately to your credit card. The actual shipping/handling will be charged for each package.

Will I be charged additional Customs, Duties, or Taxes?

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the US may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated during checkout and is based on the method of shipping you choose,the items you selected, and the shipping destination.

Do you have a studio I can visit?
We do not have a studio that is open to the public. You can shop online, phone us to place an order or we exhibit our bird sculptures at art shows in and around Naples, Florida.

What is your return policy?

Items purchased online from BirdsofNaples.com web site are one of a kind art sculptures made especially for you. If you have questions or concerns please, phone us Mon-Fri 9-6 EST

What if I got my order but items are damaged or there are other issues?

Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there is any damage, please call us at 239-435-9937(M-Fri 9-5 EST), but no later than 7 days after the package was delivered. Keep the original box, packaging materials, as well as any paperwork that came in the box. Carrier sometimes require the return of the box.

What if I refuse my package?

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Refusing an order, you are responsible for round trip shipping costs & any UPS rerouting fees will be deducted from your refund.

Why do you want my email and phone information?

We request your email address so that we can email you an order confirmation. We request your phone number to contact you in case we have any questions regarding your order. Rest assured, we never have and never will rent, sell or share your contact information to anybody, for any reason.
